CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of over 113 cannabinoids found in cannabis. CBD is present in more significant quantities in hemp than it is in marijuana and because it’s non- psychoactive, CBD is widely regarded to possess incredible health benefits. All around the world scientists are conducting extensive research into CBD, with the knowledge that CBD has medicinal values. Within the next few years there is going to be an exponential rise in the number of users the more people know about this substance.

Full Spectrum raw hemp paste is made from creating a CO2 extracted raw paste using the full plant. Our Dutch cannabis plants create a CBD rich extract that we have then added to Hemp Oil.  The Full Spectrum paste contains all natural terpenoids, flavonoids and cannabinoids combined to give the full entourage effect.  We do not add our paste to low quality olive oil bases and we feel that if we’re creating high quality CBD products, all ingredients need to be the same quality, which is why we add the paste to hemp oil which is full of waxes, essential amino and fatty acids. This creates a high quality and authentic tasting Dutch CBD oil.  We do not add any flavourings or unnecessary additional ingredients.

– Hemp Oil

NO! They will not get you high. THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive substance found in the Hemp plant which will get you “High”. CBD (Cannabidiol) is the non-psychoactive substance, which contains all the medicinal benefits. All our products contain <0.2% of THC meaning you will only experience the health benefits.

CBD oil with a THC content not exceeding 0.2% has been legalized throughout the UK in 2017. All of our products comply with this law. Our products come from Hemp plants grown legally on farms in Holland creating high grade cannabis.

Our cannabis is grown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers or harmful chemicals. We aim to keep our products as natural and as clean as possible.

It depends on the testing standards of the lab administering your drug test. Most companies only search for the cannabinoid THC, which is the main psychoactive component of the marijuana plant. While Herbal Lab’s products comply with the law there is <0.2% of THC present, there are some testing facilities that check for a spectrum of cannabinoids and could trigger a positive drug test. By law, you are allowed to ask the facility what cannabinoids they test for. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can call and ask anonymously. We suggest contacting the testing facility if there is any concern.

Winterisation is an alcohol wash of the cannabis plant. It extracts the cannabinoids and terpenes from each other, making a very pure and concentrated form of CBD.

In short, winterising the cannabis plant consists of soaking the CBD extract in alcohol and then freezing it. This helps to separate out the pure CBD from all other residual products, such as waxes, fats, and chlorophyll that is natural to the plant.

What’s the point of winterising? In most cases, people opt to winterise their CBD oil because it creates a much more potent byproduct. Winterising CBD oil also contains fewer terpenes — and less of everything else in the plant, too, that’s not the pure CBD cannabinoids.
